My New MacBook

So I'm writing this blog on my new MacBook. The iBookG4 I loved for so long pooped out on me last week. I went to do some school work at 5:30 AM and was met with a black screen. And this after I had sung the praises of the Apple to a colleague.

It turns out that something was corrupted and the "Genius" could fix it. Well, I'm taking no chances. I bought myself a new MacBook with more space and more memory. Now I can finally get all my music onto my laptop.

I'd like to thank my wife for being so lenient and the man who invented 90 days same as cash financing.

The clock is ticking.

That's good financing: have someone else pay for it. I'm glad you went with the Mac rather than the PC. Macs aren't just computers...they're a way of life. Mac users are part of a larger community known as "the hip." Welcome.

Hmmm. 90 day financing. So naughty, it's nice.

You might be interested to know that I just got back from a lecture given by none other than the august Victor Davis Hanson...it was about '300,' exactly 40 minutes long and rather good. Included were comparisons between greek pottery and comic books, political quips and a few nerd jokes. What a night of fun.

Anyhow. Homework beckons.
